On 30/7/2014 I was called to a property in Llysworney as a Community First Responder with the Welsh Ambulance Service. At the property I was met by Gyt, Sue and Trudy. What struck me on my first impression was the level of genuine care your staff showed for this gentleman. They dealt with him in a respectful manner and with dignity. I feel all three members were compassionate, caring and dedicated members of your staff and were a credit to your company.
